As a suburban dweller, one emerging trend I am incredibly happy with is the pop-up of some incredible brunch spots.  If you live in the inner suburbs, or wan’t to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, here’s our take on Melbourne’s best suburban brunch spots (well, out of the one’s we’ve tried).

Must try the pulled pork eggs benedict, with apple, hollandaise and balsamic vinegar.

Great cafe, set up in the old gate house of Pentridge Prison.

Tucked in behind an apartment block off the busy Victoria Street.  Must try the french toast followed by a visit to IKEA.
