I’ve found one of the brunch treasures of the West.
Open for breakfast and lunch, seven days a week, this place has some incredibly beautiful and delicious food on their menu.
My favourite was the eggs benedict ($16.90) with soft poached eggs, ham & house hollandaise on potato rosti. Having the warm, soft potato instead of the traditional brioche was a great twist on one of my favourites.
We also tried the ricotta hot cakes ($16.90) with grilled banana, pistachio, mint strawberry salsa & maple butter sauce.
They have coffee by ‘Wheres Marcel’. A must try for anyone in the west, and well worth the road trip for the rest of the Melbournians.
