It’s going to get crazy at Melbourne Central this Friday 23 November as they set to celebrate Melburnians’ love of black and shopping with FREE black themed events and over 100 special offers.

Between bargains and unique retail experiences, shoppers will have the chance to win black themed prizes at the Black Party Blackjack Table and take part in a Treasure Hunt, solving clues to win gifts from participating retailers, worth up to $100. Lucky customers will also get the chance to solve bonus clues to win three major prizes worth up to $500.

Beauty fans will be in for a treat, with a FREE smoky eye makeover from the insanely popular MAC’s Smoke and Mirrors Beauty Bar. Foodies will be spoiled for choice with special edition black themed treats available from different retailers, including, black doughnuts and lobster rolls form Rustica, activated charcoal and chia seed tacos from Mad Mex, Black Stack pancakes from The Pancake Parlour and Black Magic cupcakes from Cupcake Central.

While Melbourne Central’s B.Lucky & Sons will be serving up FREE Black Pearl bubble cup cocktails for an after-work treat. While clothes, electronics and shoes are predicted to drive the greatest sales, shoppers can get in-touch with their spiritual side this Black Friday, sneaking a peek into the future with FREE tea leaf readings by Tea With Annie.

Melbourne’s most instagrammable space, will activate with the city’s first Night Garden Room, activated from Friday right across the weekend. The room will quite literally be blacked out with flowers, mirrors and lights that provide the illusion of a decadent, black garden for as far as the eye can see. On top of all the festivities, shoppers will be able to experience huge discounts from over 100 retailers.
